Customize "description" data sent to Authorize.Net

We are using Authorize.net CIM as one of our payment gateways.

What we want to do is be able to update the order information being sent to Authorize.Net, more specifically the "description" data.

By default, the description data being sent to Authorize.Net just say "Goods or Services". We want to change that to add our own product code description.

We are looking at "InvoicePaidPreEmail" but that only allows you to get the invoice ID, and update the invoice info, not the data being sent to Authorize.Net.
