Email stopped after upgrade!

Hey guys,

My WHMCS stopped sending email, this is the error when I try to send any email:

Email Sending Failed - SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting


 

I tested it using the WHMCS smpt test file (received from support) and it gives this error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'PHPMailer' not found in /home/XXXXXX/public_html/smtptest.php:14 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /home/XXXXXX/public_html/smtptest.php on line 14


 

I even re-uploaded all files, still the same.

'WHMCSVersion' => '7.8.0-release.1',
