Issues with Application Links after cPanel transfer tool utilization

Recommended Posts

Hello guys,

We have recently obtained a few clients from a provider that used WHMCS; at the time of transfer Application Links integration for cPanel was enabled–because of this, there's a whole Billing & Support table in our new customers' cPanel accounts that still link back to the previous provider. We've worked with the previous provider to try and get this removed but to no avail. We don't use WHMCS at our organization, but can this be removed somehow in terminal or has anyone run into this at all?

I found a cPanel Forums thread that outlines a similar issues, the cPanel representative that responded to the thread last had referred anyone who's had this issue to post about it here at whmcs.community.

Any help would be appreciated.

Alright, I resolved my own issue with the steps below:

  1. SSH into the server, navigate to /var/cpanel/integration/dynamicui/
  2. Located the cPanel username associated with the account having the issue, "rm -rf /account"
  3. Logged into WHM and changed the package the account was associated with and then changed it back.
  4. Logged into the cPanel user account, the Billing & Support integration table is no longer present.
