I am trying to add a Knowledgebase article that contains: Images - Video
But I could not upload the pictures in the article and I think that you should search for a host of images, or that you have another solution to upload images to Knowledgebase articles?

there's a "lively" 6-year old feature request, with 114 votes, for an image upload option in the knowledgebase - but there is no knowing if/when that will ever be completed.

the usual current solution is to upload the image(s), via FTP or your control panel (e.g cPanel) and then use the URL of those image(s) to add your image(s) to the article...

obviously, don't link to an image hosted on a site other than your own (without permission!) as I have - enter the URL of the image that you want to use that you have just uploaded to your hosting account.

Thank you brian

Yes, that's what I'm currently doing with FTP, but it's cumbersome

It is therefore necessary to add the image upload feature to a library in WHMCS

Thank you again

doing that wasn't mentioned in the v7.8 promo video,  so I can only assume that this won't occur until v8 at the earliest - and there's no guarantees it will even happen at all.
