When we create the new product (either in the admin page or with api,) the product is created in WHMCS and no error appears to be returned (result is 'success') but the control panel server does NOT have the acccount, and it has to be added manually. I figure there has to be a log of the failure on the control panel server, but I can't find it. Any suggestions? The errors in the log suggesteda problem connecting to the server, and testing the server connection (edit servers, server details) returns 'FAILED: Array'.
