Support Emails being spammed

Hi All - our ticketing system is being hit hard (every 2 min) with spam.  It only started about a week ago, and we have every spam filter set to the highest level but they are still coming in.

Anyone ever had this issue?  Our incoming mail for tickets is using SMTP/POP which I know is old school, but configuring with a Google G Suite account did not work.
