WHMCS ChrisD
Hi @piyushdeveloper Are you using the default six theme or a customization? Have you tried uploading a fresh copy of the Six theme to see if this helps? Do you currently use Cloudflare and do you see any errors in Google Chrome Developer Console if you replicate this yourself?

WHMCS ChrisD
Does the issue occur if you switch out to the six theme @piyushdeveloper? Have you setup the Trusted Proxies https://docs.whmcs.com/Trusted_Proxy_Settings#Configuring_Trusted_Proxies_in_WHMCS
