Cron: Garbled Email

I'm getting emailed Cron error in plain html

Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks

The hint is in this line

It seems that your cron is having issues connecting to your database,  are your crons located in the same location as your WHMCS files?  If you are using a custom cron location please check this article to ensure you have this correctly configured https://docs.whmcs.com/Custom_Crons_Directory
