smtp not working

I added sendgrid SMTP details to my whmcs but still my whmcs is sending emails through our server smtp (cpanel)

i sent more than 100 emails all emails are successfully reached in the inbox and I contacted  sendgrid about the issues but they said to contact with whmcs about it

Switch to SMTP from the Mail Type dropdown instead of PHP Mail()

Try switch to SSL instead of TLS and see if it works.

I used Sendgrid for my WHMCS and with the changes which I said worked for me without any issues.

1 - Can you try sending emails from WHMCS using SMTP as the Mail Type with your server SMTP email settings (not from the third party like Sendgrid).

1.A - If that is not working, then you should check your SMTP server settings first.

1.B - If it is working, then try steps 2.

2 - If you can SMTP using third-party email clients, make sure your Sendgrid API Key has enough permission. This will likely are granted, just in case.
