steven.procopio
My WHMCS install doesn't appear to be suspending dedicated server services due to non-payment. Shared hosting services are suspending as they should. I'm not sure if this is an issue or service suspension doesn't occur with dedicated server services. Just need some guidance. I would also like to add, I don't have host access to do any real troubleshooting and I don't even have the means to contact anyone do anything on the host end.
WHMCS ChrisD
@steven.procopio what Server module are you using? It could be that the module doesnt support suspending only creating a To-Do Task
steven.procopio
We actually aren't using a module for our dedicated server products, that may explain why this is the case.
WHMCS ChrisD
That will indeed do it @steven.procopio could I suggest the Auto Release Module http://docs.whmcs.com/Auto_Release this will allow you to create a To-Do List or Support Ticket for the following actions The available module command actions are: Create Action Suspend Action Unsuspend Action Terminate Action Renew Action
