clever-host Posted May 2, 2019 Share Posted May 2, 2019 hi from 3-4 days i have a problem with whmcs - cpanel connection. from 10 requests (like as create account, change password, terminate account, unsuspend), only 1-2 is processed successfully. on rests of requests i received "connection time out". i verified server in whmcs, i press test connection, and appear connection successfull. when we try to use cpanel module, site is loaded for 2-3 minutes, and after that we receive error. you have ideas what can i do in this case? thank you. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I assume that the log is written after getting an answer from the remote API and because nothing is returned due to the timeout, no registry is written. cPanel's log isn't showing anything in particular, either. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
