Netbilling Posted March 20, 2019 Share Posted March 20, 2019 Hi my name is Jan Mahlmann and I am using WHMCS for our internet company, NetCetra LLC. I have a question. Since the latest update, I have twice had to go into WHMCS and change my active people back from inactive. Is this a problem that is known about? I opened it again today, and again everything is listed as inactive, even people I just billed. Is there a quick fix like, change all inactives to active at one time? steven99 Posted March 21, 2019 Share Posted March 21, 2019 Do the clients that are changing to inactive have any actual services / domains or are you just doing manually invoicing for those clients? If you are just doing manual invoicing without active services, set WHMCS admin -> Setup menu -> Automation settings -> Miscellaneous section -> Client Status Update to Disabled - never auto change client status. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
