Remove TLD categories, automatically show all TLD's, ccTLD's etc.

Hi,

I'm adding all the TLD's i want to sell, however i want to remove all the categories and automatically display ALL TLD's.

I've tried hiding the categories in css, that worked however then TLD's from other categories will no longer display as there is no way to select them anymore.
