Trouble with payments in WHMCS

Recommended Posts

Hi all, I've got a few problems with WHMCS at the moment but the major one I've got is that no option for payment seems to be working.

Paypal takes the user to a page where the only option is to go back to the "merchant".

Direct Debit take the user to a 404 page

And Offline CC payments fail.

I've gone through all the guides and community posts and just cannot get them to work at all.

The billing log has no records so I can't properly diagnose the problem.

I'm hoping someone will have some simple solution I'm overlooking.

If you guys need any info let me know and I'll happily provide.

if you've gone through the guides & posts and it still doesn't work, then you may be better off opening a ticket with Support and letting them take a look at your settings.

I'd love to but apparently, I don't have an account with WHMCS.

I've tried all my emails and they all don't have an account.

I'm really confused.

If it helps I got my license through 20i
