Skrill payment, can using personal account, instead business/merchant account?

Skrill business/merchant account is hard to create & need approval

so can we just using skrill personal account? its ok if need approve the orders manually

if so which one to use in whmcs > payment gateways :
Skrill 1-Tap
or
Skrill Hosted Payment Solution

Would not recommended it.  Skrill probably has clauses in their terms of service to prevent business usage of personal accounts .  If they found you using a personal account for business, they could keep the money in the account or other punitive actions. 

What is stopping you from getting approval?

always get this message in Website section : "Please enter a valid Website"

already tried variations of our websites & from another browsers, but still same

On the website address, are you ending the url with a "/"?  if so, does it accept without it or perhaps vice versa?   And there are no password or IP restrictions on the sites?  Like if you used tools.pingdom.com it would show the site?
