Error running cron

 I have a problem when executing the cron in the system.

Currently it is running on a ubuntu server 16.04, lamp server php7.

At the beginning of the installation an ioncube error message was shown, followed the steps of the following link:

And then I was able to continue with the normal installation process.

at the moment of running the command via cli the following error is shown:

php -q /var/www/public_html/directory/crons/cron.php
Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking.
