When clients try to contact through contact us page it is creating tickets twice .,2 duplicate tickets . Is there any one else also facing this issue . it's possibly being caused by using an old version of the "Six" template that hasn't been updated to v7.7.1 - looking at your cart page, I can see the FontAwesome 5 icons are missing which is a sign that it's an old template. the easiest way to test this is to change your default template to Six and see if that fixes the contact issue... if it does, then the issue is being caused by your template... if it doesn't, then the problem might lie elsewhere. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
