Question on Refugee Special - not answered for two days.....

Question

Never received a response to this email. I am trying to get the refugee discount. Did it get lost in cyberspace?

Unfortunately it does look like that ticket got lost in cyber space! Certainly can't find it in our system any more. Very sorry about that, please email again and I'll keep an eye out for it.

I was wondering if it got lost....when I clicked on the link the ticket looked blank. Thanks for the quick response. I will email again now.

I just sent it again:

Subject: Refugee Special

Urgency: Medium

Status: Open

 

However, when I click on the link in the auto generated support email it only shows computer code and not legible information. Could it be because I am sending an attachment with the email? (The attachment is the screen shot of my paypal showing I purchases it.

Yes, that could be it. Please email it to info@whmcs.com as this doesn't go into out ticket system. Sorry about this, but third time lucky! :)
