Bertie
Not sure why but for some reason going to /admin/clients.php or otherwise known as View/Search clients is now blank. Only the following now appears (see attached image). Any idea what has happened? Isn't just on my account either, is on other staff members. It has been working but at the moment it's currently doing this. Edited January 29, 2019 by Bertie
Bertie
Just an update on this - The above happens when running on PHP 7.2 - Although, it was working fine yesterday on that PHP version. Changing it back to PHP 7.1 gets the clients list to reappear. All the same extensions are installed apart from php71-php-mcrypt for 7.2 as that doesn't seem to be an option on EasyApache 4. I've also updated the support ticket with this info as well. Edited January 29, 2019 by Bertie
pRieStaKos
I'm running 7.2.14 and works fine. Check Utilities > System > PHP Version Compatibility for PHP incompatible files (from addons/plugins etc) and update or disable them.

It was working fine on 7.2 yesterday - That is why it's a bit strange. I've had to switch back to 7.1 to get the PHP version compatibility page to load. Then clicked on 7.2 and I have the following (same for 7.1). Aren't these files by WHMCS anyway?
pRieStaKos
Yes its WHMCS files. Try to replace them manually from 7.7 zip and recheck. But this files shouldn't affect Client list...

Just double checked the php.ini for both PHP versions. 7.2 had disable_functions with a bunch of functions being disabled, where as 7.1 didn't. So looks like that was the issue with that one. Will keep an eye on it.
pRieStaKos
Good to hear it's resolved.
