Premium Domains cannot be processed via the API.

I

I use NameSilo module in my WHMCS and I have done all necessary settings. Now when I try accepting domains like .site I get this error;

 

Premium Domains cannot be processed via the API.

Other domains like .com works fine

Please I need urgent support. Thank you

as the NameSilo module is written by NameSilo themselves, WHMCS won't support it... so I doubt you'd get a reply from any WHMCS support staff on this - you might be better off contacting NameSilo support and asking them why what you're seeing occurs... there's nothing in the API to say that it supports Premium domains, nor does the Advanced module available in Marketplace support them either AFAIK.
