using elasticemail.com as smtp provider

Hello 

i want to use elasticemail.com as smtp provider. 

i setup mail configuration with the information that elastic email give it to me. but there is no action.

please help me how to check the smtp log and find the problem.

@farsi Welcome, to the community, please try adding the following line to your configuration.php file and then try sending an email and review the output

$smtp_debug = true;

Hi i add this to the configuration file but i where can i see the logs (all type of logs)?

For SMTP it will output on screen and also show in Utilities > Logs > Module Logs

there is no message in Module Logs.

 

just when i use my server smtp it work correctly and sho me the below information

but when i try to use elastic email server just refresh the page (for example show the ticket  body).
