garybarr
I'm having a problem when setting up a new domain/hosting, that the domain is defaulting to NONE instead of Enom (my only registrar). So the staff is always overlooking that they need to change the Registrar manually from None to Enom. I'm sure this is something I have set wrong, SOMEPLACE... But I can't seem to find what I need to change or where. Can anyone point me in the right direction to make this user Enom instead of None?
garybarr
And yes, I'm aware the domain shows up above. Just wasn't worried about it since it's a free domain I play with.
WHMCS Technical Analyst WHMCS Sachin Posted December 15, 2018 WHMCS Technical Analyst Share Posted December 15, 2018 First of all, please make sure that the Auto Register setting for all TLDs on your install is set to Enom on the "Domain Pricing" page. This will ensure that WHMCS used Enom to register the domains automatically as soon as the order invoice is paid by the client. However, if your staff is manually accepting the order without the clients making the payment first, then they will need to select Enom from the dropdown (on the Accept Order page) while accepting the order manually. Hope it helps.
