PlotHost Posted November 27, 2018 Share Posted November 27, 2018 Hello, When a user submits a ticket with a URL as the subject (ONLY a URL, like "http://www.domain.com/"), we are not able to change the status of the ticket, close it, respond to it etc. I see only the message "viewed this ticket and started making a reply @". Any idea? in my v7.6.1 dev, I did quickly create a ticket with a URL in the subject (as a user) and was able to reply/change status etc - even when the ticket was watched, so it's not an issue that i've been able to recreate locally. this might be one worth opening a ticket with Support as that may be quicker that waiting for WHMCS staff to notice and reply to the thread. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
