Posted November 27, 2018 Share Posted November 27, 2018 22 hours ago, buracat said: how can i stop customers to downgrade the configurable option with difficulty. 🙄 off-hand, the only admin configuration method that I can think of would be to disable the "Credit on Downgrade" option in General Settings -> Credit... https://docs.whmcs.com/Credit_Tab#Credit_on_Downgrade whilst this wouldn't stop them from downgrading their configurable options, they would not receive any refunds for doing so... that at least removes any financial incentive to downgrade. if you're going down that road, then you may also need to look at using Language Overrides to replace all references to Upgrade/Downgrade etc if that's not enough, then you're into the realms of customisation - either in the template, or perhaps a hook to remove any negative pricing options (that's assuming that negative prices will always be downgrades). 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
