Can I config the auto deduct money time do not as same as generate bill time?

I have a question of WHMCS  finance settings.

if my clients have products, there also have the automatically generate bill,  because the WHMCS once generate the bill, if the client has the balance,  there will deduct money immediately. 

I have the requirement, whether I can set the deduct money time is not as same as the bill generate time? 

because our bill generate time is before expire time 7 days. if client can not decide whether renew the product in that time, there will deduct money too.

how to solve this issue?

you can turn off the automatic application of credit on invoices...
