FAILED: Array on test connection for cpanel server after migration

I'm using the latest version of WHMCS 7.6.1. I just migrated from shared reseller to VPS reseller. I can't seem to get this server to connect. 

It's a cpanel server. I had support regenerate an api token for me as well. Still getting this error. It's through inmotionhosting

Any other way to troubleshoot?

What errors are you seeing under Utilities > Logs > Modules Log

So I got this issue fixed. The Key the reseller generated for me was for root, which it didn't have access too. Hence that error 😄

It's working now.

What errors are you seeing in the module logs when you try to login as a client?

It's all fixed now. Somehow the username had a 1 added to the end of it after the migration and now it's working find. I checked what I had in whm and corrected the username issue. Thanks for the help 😄
