TitanHostingHub
I'm using the latest version of WHMCS 7.6.1. I just migrated from shared reseller to VPS reseller. I can't seem to get this server to connect. It's a cpanel server. I had support regenerate an api token for me as well. Still getting this error. It's through inmotionhosting Any other way to troubleshoot?

TitanHostingHub
So I got this issue fixed. The Key the reseller generated for me was for root, which it didn't have access too. Hence that error 😄 It's working now. I'm still getting this error described here for clients login to cpanel: https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/integrate-cpanel-with-auto-login-whmcs-client-area.628503/ Working on troubleshooting that now and I'll update with my fix in both threads if I find it.
WHMCS ChrisD
Glad to hear you got to the bottom of it @bob burdekin What errors are you seeing in the module logs when you try to login as a client?
TitanHostingHub
{"metadata":{"version":1,"command":"create_user_session","reason":"You cannot create a session for the user “*removed username*” because they do not exist.","result":0}} It's all fixed now. Somehow the username had a 1 added to the end of it after the migration and now it's working find. I checked what I had in whm and corrected the username issue. Thanks for the help 😄
