301 Permanent Redirect in Loop (25~Times)

Hello, everybody 

I have a issue with my whmcs, i have correctly configured everythings and at the same time i have leaved empty all system whmcs url empty in settings, .htaccess is empty and i get 25~ loops of 301 Permanent Redirect loops 

this is the out put of my

I receive this 25 times only cookie id change. 

Any one have one idea to fix this ?

Cpanel & whm (Already contated the tech support but they told me the issue isn't from cpanel)

do you mean in general settings -> general, you haven't entered your WHMCS URL ?

Hello @brian! thank again to take care about my issue, 
Well i have now https://store.alliancedigital.tv in the system URL but the issue stay here unfortunately the facebook bot can't show the website preview and can't show the page with Facebook Graph tool for developer.

I have migrated my MySQL db to a new server so i have backed up my db and put again in a new server, the domain is pointing to the right AAA and A ipv4 and ipv6 but still with issue. Any idea ?

And i use CloudFlare to manage DNS but the issue still with or without the orange cloud (At normally the orange cloud is used to protect the web site against DDOS attacks) and i tested without the orange cloud but the issue still. 

the facebook bot can't open the website because he found "Too many redirects" and the website preview is not show. 

And the system url is ok and right exactly as the same in the URL bar on my browser i have previously also tested in http but don't work so now it's https, but the redirect loop still,
the .htaccess is full friendly writed for whmcs and this is the only thing is writed inside. 

Any idea ?
