bendrop
Domains registered by enom all have blank DNS entries once again when viewing in the admin area. Should I use the hotfix from 7.6.0 to solve this, or is that not applicable for this release? Error shown is: Registrar Error - Data missing
bendrop
Ok I wonder if it was a temporary enom thing. As I've changed nothing but it's all ok again now... Strange!
weelow
Hello Bendrop, i understand this post was 2 months ago, but i had the same problem and wanted to share some information about it. I contacted support because i didn't find any explanation for it, the error was once there and then it magically disappeared. This was support's reply Quote This error is caused by temporary issues with the eNom API. Regrettably there is nothing which can be done from a WHMCS perspective to resolve this, it is just necessary to wait for the problem to pass, as it seems to do within a few minutes. For further assistance I suggest contacting eNom's support team directly and they will be best placed to advise on any outages or interruptions in normal services they may have experienced.
Wyohost
Hi, This is once again a couple of months out from the last post on this topic... I'm a newbie here and just run across a similar issue... I'm seeinga 'Data: Missing' error but also a success message when I update the nameservers. I checked enom and it's showing the updated nameservers. After the update and refresh the custom nameservers is checked but the nameservers are missing? Should they still show up where they were entered? A bit confused here. Thanks for any help one might be able to throw this way.

Isaac Asher
Nearly a year later, it seems this bug still hasn't been corrected. I'm glad to know it isn't just me, and I appreciate this thread! Thanks much, @weelow.
