WHMCS ChrisD Posted August 29, 2018 Share Posted August 29, 2018 @Infic1936 Navigate to Utilities > Logs > Activity Log Review the logs for any error messages at the time of email sending. The other option would be adding the following to the end of your configuration.php $smtp_debug = true; Once done, send an email and review the output on the screen for any errors.
