Saurabh S
We have upgraded the WHMCS to latest version, but after update it does not automatically update the next due date for the client service once current due invoice is paid. Can you please help me to figure this out? As earlier it was working fine but seems to be broken after update.
WHMCS ChrisD
Hi @Saurabh S I'm sorry to hear you are facing issues, can you please check your error logs and see if any errors are showing in there? Is your daily cron fully running? Is this affecting all or just certain products?

Saurabh S
@WHMCS ChrisD thanks for response. Yes, I am also facing some issue currently opened the ticket for the same with WHMCS support department. If you could also help me on that, then that will be great. I am facing issue since upgrade, when the guest or non registered user (who is not registered with us but opened ticket is guest) opens ticket it does not send autoresponder message once ticket is opened. Even when I reply to the ticket it does not send email for the reply message for non-registered user. Can you please let me know how can I fix this?

When you open a ticket you should automatically receive a ticket number back via reply email, the team are usually pretty quick at getting back to you, let me find out what happened could you please create a post in our private board https://whmcs.community/forum/81-whmcscommunity-assistance/ letting me know the email address you used to open the ticket
Saurabh S
Anyways not a big issue, everything seems to be sorted now. I do receive the automated response and before the real support staff response I solved the issue and closed the ticket this time. Still I really appreciate your support and service very much. Thank you! @WHMCS ChrisD
