Aris.N.
I would like to send a quote to a new (unregistered client) in html (not pdf) format. Is it possible?

Is it possible? not without some serious customisation. that quote email would include the PDF attachment and also a link to view the HTML version of the quote... it wouldn't be straightforward to attach the html version to the email, or put the content in the body.
Aris.N.
@brian! thank you for your reply. Actually, what i need is the quote email to include only the link to view the html version. I do not want to include the PDF attachment. Do you think is it possible?

Do you think is it possible? if you know the quote number (xxx), then the url should just be www.domain.com/viewquote.php?id=xxx - if they're a client you could send that link in an email, or create a new email template and send from the client summary page; if not a client, you could send from outside of WHMCS. I can't think of a way to disable/remove the PDF attachment from the default quote email... you could rename/edit the quotepdf.tpl template and that would send a blank pdf attachment - but that might look worse!
