rootmedia Posted August 10, 2018 Share Posted August 10, 2018 Service does not have the apply tax checked When I add the billable item to a client and manually process the create invoice the system automatically applies tax WHICH IT IS NOT SUPPOSE TO on this item.... This is suppose to be simple no tax on item means no tax at invoice time! this annoys me as it cause me to have to send a second invoice to my clients with the corrected values!
