Support Options for Reseller account

Hi guys,
I have a reseller account with A2, and as such get a free WMHCS account as well.
I have it set up ad it's functioning, but there are a few things not working correctly, and I was trying to figure out the support options I have.
A2 don't' really want to help me, and if I understand it, free accounts like mine don't qualify for direct support.
So does that mean people in my situation basically have this community as their main line of support?

Or are there other options?
