Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 23 hours ago, kdhosting said: Not sure whats going on and how to fix as seems to be MarketConnect causing the issue. if it's MarketConnect, then one likely issue will be that you're using a custom theme... e.g you're offering SiteLock, so in the cart, the "Website Security" link should go to... https://www.domain.com/clients/store/sitelock which your custom template gives the user a (virtually) blank page to look at... whereas, using the Six template, they would see... I would imagine that there are also multiple errors in your activity log showing that the MarketConnect pages are missing from your custom 'kdhosting' template. so the solution should be to copy the "store" directory from /templates/six/ to /templates/kdhosting/ if i'm looking at the correct website, then you're using Standard_cart for the orderform, so once the store pages have been added, then the functionality of MarketConnect should work (depending upon your version of WHMCS). on the clientarea homepage, there is MarketConnect functionality there too - so If you don't have the template files that are used for the output, then that would be a reason to see errors there too. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
kdhosting Posted July 25, 2018 Author Share Posted July 25, 2018 Hi, thanks for the response I disabled SiteLock and worked fine. I did wonder if was the custom theme but it never caused this issue before, and did the same using Six.
