Problem with Cpanel integration

Hello.

I investigate Cpanel/WHM and WHMCS now. Both are trial. I try to integrate them. I do everything how is described here http://v3manual.whmcs.com/display.php?id=29

 

But then I create a new package in WHMCS, it isn't created automaticaly in Cpanel/WHM.

 

Please, help me to resolve this problem.

Do you have root access, or reseller access to WHM?

If root, are you expecting WHMCS to create the package (it won't), or simply set up the account using that information (it should)?

In "Manage Servers" I have put root login and password and also Access Hash. WHM panel is openned from WHMCS admin panel. I want to create cpanel packages from WHMCS. But when I do this, I see no request in Cpanel access logs and no packages are created.

are you trying to create packages or accounts?

 

you can create accounts that use the packages that already created and exist in WHM .

or creating accounts with individual variables from whmcs without using a package name.

NO , the packages you create in WHM , you can only use the package that is in WHM already.
