othellotech
Its beginning to sound like WHMCS needs a formatting rule for phone numbers for every registrar and possibly every TLD !
aushops
Hi, Did anyone solve the issue in regards to Planetdomains formatting of the phone number field? I'm now Running WHMCS Version 3.6 which I was hoping would solve the problem. It makes no difference what number I use, get the same error every time. The error I'm getting is Domain Registrar Error Error Code: 411 - Field incorrectly formatted | user.phone - Phone number +61.65xxxxxx I have sent support requests for this issue several times As I need to use an australian domain registrar my choices are limited Thanks
bin_asc
Just change the phone number to that formula if you are ordering, or add a note on the page saying : "add like this else your order won`t go through".
nikos
add a note on the page saying : "add like this else your order won`t go through". can someone give some directions about that? Which file should be edited?
bin_asc
It depends of the link type, if you are using direct domain registration, either the cart or just the direct order.
