TDub Posted December 12, 2007 Share Posted December 12, 2007 I have a reseller who is closing shop and wants me to take on his customers and their domains. I had him sign up for a new hosting account for his customer. But the domain already exists in my Helm 3 CP under the reseller's account. So I had to manually move the domain to the new user account created under me. Problem is, now the WHMCS suspend/unsuspend function doesn't work on the domain in Helm, just the user account itself. I'm guessing this is because WHMCS didn't set up the domain properly (since it already existed). Is there a way to link the domain in Helm back up with WHMCS so the suspend/unsuspend function works on the domain too? Sorry if this is a bit confusing.
