ichilver Posted May 22, 2018 Share Posted May 22, 2018 Hi I'm looking for a WHMCS integration module for WHMCS that will link to SuiteCRM. I'd like to do the following from WHMCS (front-end and back-end) When a new customer signs up for a something in WHMCS, on order acceptance/creation I want it to add an account and contact in SuiteCRM, then add a history item to reflect the new order being added. If the account already exists, then to update/sync the contact information if there are changes, and then add a history item to reflect the new order being added. I would also like to link in the SuiteCRM cases for trouble tickets. So in WHMCS the end-user can create a ticket (Case) and view/update tickets (cases) from in WHMCS. Likewise linking WHMCS knowledge base articles to SuiteCRM knowledgebase articles would be useful to. Anyone out there seen anything like this??? Some google searching takes me to WHMCS integration with SugarCRM, but I'm not sure that it compatible with the newer builds of SuiteCRM.
