Hi from Nottingham, UK. :12_slight_smile:

I work for a hosting company who specialises in reseller hosting: 20i.

Many of our clients use WHMCS, so I need to keep up with the latest WHMCS news and gossip. Looking forward to being involved more.

Hello 20i

For 7 days, I have had a support ticket open, trying to get the API to work inside the 20i environment, without any joy.

I have used the standard WHMCS API script as a test script, but that either fails to connect, or takes 15+ seconds to return the results. I have tried the script on the same package, on a VPS and finally, on a Heart Internet shared server.
The Heart instance works perfectly. The iOS app (uses the API) works perfectly. All instances where the script is installed within the 20i environment, fail!

Today, I have been told that the issue should be passed to WHMCS, by me.

As I'm sure you can understand...to have this drag on for 7 days, and then be told to take it up with WHMCS is extremely disappointing.

I wonder if you have any additional thoughts, before I start posting to seek resolution in these forums?

Thanks

Sorry to hear about your problem. It does seem unusual, as we have many clients using WHMCS without issue.

If our support team recommended that you contact WHMCS, then that's probably the best avenue to take. I understand that it's disappointing - sorry I can't be of more help.
