HI,

Below is what i would like to do -- please tell me if its possible.

1) Customer wants to purchase a product domain/web hosting package

2) Customer provides CC info

3) I want to ***MANUALLY *** provide /input the CC info in my CC processor (Authorize.NET) after carefully dealing with all fraud checking procedures. ie maxmind and others

how do i do # 3?

thanks

vijay

Accepting manual CC numbers is easy, but I don't think you're legally allowed to enter that info into another processor's interface. You will need to check with authorize.net on this. Instead you should use fraud checking, and manual account setup. We verify everything before provisioning.

Today a customer purcahsed a domain -- it went thru all of the parameters i have checked on WHMCS/ payment gateways/authorize.net. The order went thru

But i need TIME so i can analyze the maxmind thing, IP address etc and then decide if i really want this person as a customer, and i want to do this BEFORE the payment goes thru authorize.net

How do i do a manual account setup??

Humm it seems that we cannot process the domain name manually after receiving an order like the hosting: Setup --*> After Accepting Pending Order

Sure you can, the default is manual after accepting a pending order unless you set it to be automated.
