Hi,

 

I am feeling the need to do something about my email templates. I have not done any customization to any of the default templates.

 

Can someone show me a sample of what a customized template looks like. If it is really so much better i would like to get an idea so i can hire someone {or try myself -- most likely not } to do the work.

 

Also upgrading WHMCS -- how does it impact the customized templates?

 

I am also trying to get as much info from search on the forums, but i would really appreciate if someone would show me how good a customized email template looks like.

I haven't added in any images to the emails, but I've edited to taste. Simply open the one you want to edit, and look all the way at the bottom for the button "merge fields". Clicking this opens a new window with all the various things you can insert into the email when it's sent: signature, client's name and so on.

It's edited in a WYSIWYG window, so chances are you can view the results once you've made your changes.
