atlemacks
I am having difficulty troubleshooting and determining if there is even any issue at all. Our WHMCS version is 7.5.1, PHP 7.2.4, MySQL 5.7.22, running on CentOS 6.9, WHM and cPanel version 70.0.27. I setup the cron job in cPanel */5 * * * * php -q /home/[mydomain]/whmcsdata/crons/cron.php obviously where [mydomain] is, is actually the user. The path is correct, WHMCS is set to automate at 7am Eastern Time, all of the server times match time zones, but it is still telling me there is no Cron records in the last 24 hours. I set a test account to suspend this morning, and it didn't execute the task, however, I can manually suspend the account from WHMCS so there's no issue with the connection to the server. atlemacks
I got it figured out, when we moved the installation the path was never updated in the config.php file.
