Emojo Posted April 9, 2018 Share Posted April 9, 2018 Hi Everyone, We have a custom Tickets management system which is working fine and gets tickets from WHMCS via API. I followed instructions in the dev docs and rebuilt the system with framework but I'm having issues with getting some of Open and Customer-Reply tickets through API. Some of them are not showing at all. I had a look at old system's code - the logic is the same. What could be the reason of such a behavior? Anyone experiencing the same issue?
