Hi community, I've been searching through the API Index and it seems there is no endpoint to get ticket assignee/owner via API. is there any way to do this?

This is now solved. So, I found out that 'limitnum's default value is 25 and I must have set it to a greater value in order to make it work.

We have a custom Tickets management system which is working fine and gets tickets from WHMCS via API. I followed instructions in the dev docs and rebuilt the system with framework but I'm having issues with getting all tickets through API. Some of them are not showing at all whereas the old system works fine. I had a look at old system's code - the logic is the same, the same user/credentials are used for auth. External API is used to make calls. WHMCS version 7.5. Any thoughts?

Hi Community, I work for a company that uses WHMCS on hosting environment. I'm new to this and I would love to learn more about WHMCS and its functionality.
