How to get a ticket assignee/owner?

    Thanks for your help people.
  2. Hi community, I've been searching through the API Index and it seems there is no endpoint to get ticket assignee/owner via API. is there any way to do this?
  3. This is now solved. So, I found out that 'limitnum's default value is 25 and I must have set it to a greater value in order to make it work.
  4. We have a custom Tickets management system which is working fine and gets tickets from WHMCS via API. I followed instructions in the dev docs and rebuilt the system with framework but I'm having issues with getting all tickets through API. Some of them are not showing at all whereas the old system works fine. I had a look at old system's code - the logic is the same, the same user/credentials are used for auth. External API is used to make calls. WHMCS version 7.5. Any thoughts?
  5. Hi Everyone, We have a custom Tickets management system which is working fine and gets tickets from WHMCS via API. I followed instructions in the dev docs and rebuilt the system with framework but I'm having issues with getting some of Open and Customer-Reply tickets through API. Some of them are not showing at all. I had a look at old system's code - the logic is the same. What could be the reason of such a behavior? Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hi Community, I work for a company that uses WHMCS on hosting environment. I'm new to this and I would love to learn more about WHMCS and its functionality. At the moment I have issues with Tickets functionality via API and I will create a relevant topic. I hope the community will help me and I would like to thank everyone for your help in advance. Thanks.
