Stuart Evans
Hi All, I've found that the Auto Terminate/Fixed Term on Product/Services for a Product is not 1 full day, for example, If I want to provide a VPS to a client that last 24hrs (1 Day) then I can set the Auto Terminate/Fixed Term to 1 Day, but on usage it appears that auto-termination runs on the cron job for the next day. So, if a customer buys a product at 11pm on Day one then the cron will run the next day at my choosing (say 9am) and they wont receive the full 24hrs? Can anyone provide any hints or tips on how to get over this? I've contact support but they've advised that auto termination runs at the cron job on the next day!? There must be a way to run a product for 24hrs, or more, 48hrs etc. and then remove? Thanks All.
brian!
there was a similar post 4 years ago... the only relevant feature request I could quickly find is almost a year old and only has one vote... https://requests.whmcs.com/topic/add-time-to-fixed-term off the top of my head, i'm not aware of any workaround - there might be addon in the Marketplace that i'm not aware of. Stuart Evans
Thanks for finding that out, its a shame you cant set a fixed time. I'll possibly have a look at automating something outside of WHMCS or maybe use the precronjobs. Cheers
