Problem with error 500

Hello, gentlemen.

I would like to apologize if you have posted my doubts in the wrong place.

I have noticed that my whmcs is giving 500 error and it is not only the same when I try to create a product group, access the servers, create products, the system automatically takes me to the administrative login page, after login the system I release the page that you can access, but when I make the change and click on create the same give the page with the message "can not meet this request at the time.

Can it be?

How can I fix this?

Welcome to the community

Please go to Setup > General Settings > Other then tick DIsplay Errors & Log Errors then save, head back to create a product group and check for an error, its possible you have a module triggering this error.

Could you please add the following to your configuration.php file and see if this shows any errors, if it does not you would need to review your server logs for the error:

$display_errors = true;
