Walas Lima
Hello, gentlemen. I would like to apologize if you have posted my doubts in the wrong place. I have noticed that my whmcs is giving 500 error and it is not only the same when I try to create a product group, access the servers, create products, the system automatically takes me to the administrative login page, after login the system I release the page that you can access, but when I make the change and click on create the same give the page with the message "can not meet this request at the time. HTTP ERROR 500 " Can it be? How can I fix this? I thank everyone.
WHMCS ChrisD
Hello @Walas Lima Welcome to the community Please go to Setup > General Settings > Other then tick DIsplay Errors & Log Errors then save, head back to create a product group and check for an error, its possible you have a module triggering this error.
