krokos Posted March 18, 2018 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Hello, I have three issues with my WHMCS installation (version 7.4.2). "Remember me" checkbox is almost completely useless. After a few hours (at the most) I find myself logged out and I need to login again and again. This is an old problem though. Can't get rid of the "What's new" popup on WHMCS backend homepage. I have deleted both cache and cookies but it still shows every time I visit the admin homepage Every time I respond to a support ticket, I get a message that the ticket has changed. I downloaded the sessiontest.php file and indeed the number doesn't increment upon page reload. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
