Session issues

Hello, I have three issues with my WHMCS installation (version 7.4.2). 

1. "Remember me" checkbox is almost completely useless. After a few hours (at the most) I find myself logged out and I need to login again and again. This is an old problem though.
2. Can't get rid of the "What's new" popup on WHMCS backend homepage. I have deleted both cache and cookies but it still shows every time I visit the admin homepage
3. Every time I respond to a support ticket, I get a message that the ticket has changed. I downloaded the sessiontest.php file and indeed the number doesn't increment upon page reload.

It sounds like you've likely got an issue with your session storage settings.

You'll need to work with your host to verify that these are setup properly
