New generated invoices automatically changing to paid status

I having a issue with new generated invoices automatically changing the invoice to a paid status even though it not paid any help with this issue would be great.

no i have had this for months and then it just all of a sudden started doing this

and you haven't updated WHMCS, or installed new hooks?

is it occurring for all clients, or just those with a credit balance ?
