Request for FTP WHMCS module

Hello, 

First let me explain something about this project. 

We have a big repository of files which is hosted on Windows Server 2012 r2, and also hosted on Centos 6.5 platform. 
( All files can be transferred on one platform of choice for easier management for the module ) 

We would like to enable our clients to purchase private FTP Access to this repository. 

What the module basically needs to do is : 

1. Setup and send the FTP account right after payment.
2. Setup permissions for clients 
( clients can only download - they are not allowed to delete/change/modify files ) 

The module should have the basic options of Create/Terminate/Suspend functions on WHMCS. 

If its also possible for this module to have client side FTP explorer in their client area it would be great as well, this is not mandatory.

Side Additional project connected to this is : 

1. Setup web based FTP login landing page on the server where the repository is hosted. 
2. Setup clean and simple client area where clients can browse files and download.
